thicc sticc is a personal care brand with the mission to inspire comfort and confidence for all thicc individuals. Our clean, non-toxic products provide solutions to boob sweat and thigh chafing and are designed with all complexions in mind: clear application doesn't show on skin and means no transfer to clothes.
Two of the most common yet overlooked problems women face are bust-area sweat and inner-thigh chafing. Growing up, I remember watching my grandmother sprinkle baby powder across her chest and thighs, trying to manage these issues. As a Black woman, it often left her self-conscious about wearing shorts or v‑neck tops in the summer. Decades later, not much has changed. Women are still searching for personal care solutions that actually work without forcing them to choose between comfort and confidence. Traditional fixes like baby powder or deodorant leave visible white residue on darker skin tones and transfer onto clothes. For beauty-conscious women, that simply isn’t an option.

FOUNDERS
Founders Hana Pugh and Ashley Crowner have been friends for almost 30 years. They have journeyed together through childhood, adulthood, motherhood, and all the hoods in between!
Ashley went on to build a career in financial services, spending over fifteen years helping companies prepare for IPOs and manage equity plans. Hana pursued science and operations, drawing on her background in biology and chemistry while leading teams in project management and process improvement for more than a decade. Their professional journeys are as complementary as their personal bond, bringing together strategy, science, and lived experience.
